1. Acid addition method:

2. Gypsum or calcium chloride method

Adding gypsum or calcium chloride has a significant effect on changing water quality and reducing RA value. Reasonable use has no effect on beer quality, and the cost is much lower than adding acid. It is a water treatment method widely used in beer production.

3. Reverse osmosis method

The reverse osmosis method can also remove the salt in the water more thoroughly. In addition, the reverse osmosis method can also remove organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc. in the water. The most commonly used equipment is reverse osmosis water treatment.

Process flow of reverse osmosis water treatment

1. Pretreatment

Carry out pre-treatment on raw water, improve the water quality of water supply, make it meet the requirements, reduce and delay membrane pollution, and prolong its life. Its treatment objects are mainly microorganisms, bacteria, colloids, organic matter, heavy metal ions, solid particles and free Chlorine, etc., to meet the water intake requirements of the reverse osmosis unit and ensure the long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis unit.

Pretreatment consists of sand filter, carbon filter, water softener and security filter.

Sand filter: filter out the sediment, impurities and suspended solids in the water, and reduce the SDI (pollution index density) value of the raw water.

Carbon filter: It has dual functions, one is adsorption; the other is filtration, which can filter out chemical organic matter, heavy metals, color, peculiar smell, residual chlorine, etc. in tap water, and improve the taste.

Water softener: through sodium-type cation exchange resin exchange treatment, remove calcium, magnesium and other scaling ions in raw water, and remove the hardness of raw water.

Security filter: 5μm PPF (polypropylene fiber filter element) filter element, which intercepts objects larger than 5μm and prolongs the life of the membrane.

4. Reverse osmosis device

The separation pore size of the membrane is 10-7~10-6cm, which can remove organic matter, heat source, virus and other substances in the water. After the fluid has been pretreated in the first three stages, the water after the deep separation treatment of the reverse osmosis RO membrane host makes it beneficial to human health. The water that is not conducive to human health is discharged, the desalination rate is 98%, and the pure water produced enters the pure water tank. 5. Control function description

This system changes the corresponding output signals of the water inlet valve, high pressure pump, flushing valve and other actuators according to the changes of input signals such as high pressure, low pressure, liquid level, reset, switch, etc., so as to achieve a standard RO system of automatic control and realize pressure protection. , liquid level control, power on/full water/automatic flushing and other functions.
