1. The predecessor of the supporting transportation of craft beer equipment comes from the grain processing industry. What you can see from a distance is a large vertical warehouse, and the bucket elevator is standing next to it. The top and bottom of the warehouse are horizontally conveyed scraper belts. Conveyor, so that the in and out transportation of grain can be completed. The food conveyed to the mill is usually conveyed by wind, and the vehicle for collecting grain is equipped with a screw conveyor.

1. Bucket lift: The bucket lift is the highest and installed vertically. It was originally made of carbon steel. There are plastic buckets on the belt, which can continuously lift the materials in the lower hopper to the desired height. High efficiency, but the disadvantage is that the bottom will deposit materials every time it is used, and if it is not cleaned in time, it will become moldy and deteriorate, which will affect the next use. This cannot be solved by changing the material to stainless steel;
2. Screw conveying: There are two types of shaft and shaftless, and the shaftless is called flexible screw conveying; screw conveying is generally standard.
2.1 Advantages:
2.1.1 Shafted is more efficient than shaftless;
2.1.2 The one without shaft can turn more than the one with shaft, and it is not limited to straight line use, and the direction can be changed in the middle;
2.2 Disadvantages:
2.2.1 The common disadvantage is that there is also the problem of material storage at the bottom of the bucket elevator;
2.2.2 The conveying capacity of shafted screw conveying will decrease with the increase of elevation angle;
2.2.3 Shaftless flexible conveying is noisy due to high speed, and the material in the pipe will have secondary crushing problems;
3. Wind conveying: It used to be and is now a standard configuration in the grain processing industry. The suction generated by the large fan at the end allows the grain to be transported to the destination along with the wind;
3.1 Advantages:
3.1.1 It can realize long-distance, three-dimensional and multi-angle transportation;
3.1.2 No retention;
3.1.3 Low-noise conveying materials;
3.2 Disadvantages
3.2.1 The discharge port is equipped with a cyclone separator, which can only be installed vertically, with a height of about 1 meter, and cannot be selected if the height of the site is not enough;
3.2.2 There is a dust bag behind the fan, which will generate a small amount of dust, which will affect the sanitation of the crushing site
3.2.3 Since the conveying takes the wind as the carrier, the proportion of materials cannot reach 100%, and the conveying efficiency will not be too high;
4. Pipe chain transportation: it used to be a standard configuration in the livestock and poultry breeding industry, but now it has become a high-end configuration in the craft brewing industry after improvement;
4.1 Advantages:
4.1.1 It can realize long-distance, three-dimensional and multi-angle transportation to any position within 100m;
4.1.2 High-efficiency transportation without retention and gap-free full pipe;
4.1.3 Low-noise conveying materials;
4.1.4 It is perfectly combined with the double-roller pulverizer with discharge in the middle;
4.2 Disadvantages: slightly expensive!
